*Note: this questionnaire is for all members of the Hampden Heights RNO, which includes all active members of the Hampden Heights Swim & Sport Club as well as anyone residing within our newly expanded RNO boundaries (see new map here). Members of the Hampden Heights Swim & Sport Club will have the opportunity to share feedback on the 2025 season at the conclusion of the survey.
