Market your business or service while sponsoring our fundraiser
Hula Heights Luau

In support of general maintenance and upgrades the board is now hosting an annual fundraiser event. This event presents several sponsorship opportunities, which are recognized on the GOLD level and require no time commitment. By taking advantage of these opportunities, you are supporting the event and providing a chance for our pool community to come together to celebrate. The deadline for these opportunities is June 1, 2023.

Fundraiser Event Life Guard Cost

This sponsorship covers the cost of lifeguards for the fundraiser event, there is no time commitment required. Sponsor will be recognized in event marketing (newsletter, web, digital signage). Sponsor can utilize a banner, signage, and/or flyers during the event. Sponsor will also get free entry to the fundraiser for themselves and a guest.



Fundraiser Event Liqour

This sponsorship covers the cost of liquor for the fundraiser event, there is no time commitment required. Sponsor can utilize a banner, signage, and/or flyers during the event. Sponsor will be recognized in event marketing (newsletter, web, digital signage). Sponsor will also get free entry to the fundraiser for themselves and a guest.



Fundraiser Event Membership Giveaway

Sponsor will pay for a family membership fee (if couple or empty nester wins, the difference between the actual membership fee and a family membership fee will go to the pool fund). Sponsor can utilize a banner, signage, and/or flyers during the event. Sponsor will be recognized in event marketing (newsletter, web, digital signage). Two sponsorship opportunities available. Sponsor will also get free entry to the fundraiser for themselves and a guest.



Fundraiser Event Non-Music Entertainment

This sponsorship covers the cost of non-musical entertainment for the fundraiser event, there is no time commitment required. Sponsor can utilize a banner, signage, and/or flyers during the event. Sponsor will be recognized in event marketing (newsletter, web, digital signage). Sponsor will also get free entry to the fundraiser for themselves and a guest.



Fundraiser Event Food

This sponsorship covers the cost of food for the fundraiser event, there is no time commitment required. Sponsor can utilize a banner, signage, and/or flyers during the event. Sponsor will be recognized in event marketing (newsletter, web, digital signage). Sponsor will also get free entry to the fundraiser for themselves and a guest.



Fundraiser Event DJ or Band

This sponsorship covers the cost of musical entertainment for the fundraiser event, there is no time commitment required. Sponsor can utilize a banner, signage, and/or flyers during the event. Sponsor will be recognized in event marketing (newsletter, web, digital signage). Sponsor will also get free entry to the fundraiser for themselves and a guest.



Fundraiser Event Bartender

This sponsorship covers the cost of bartender for the fundraiser event, there is no time commitment required. Sponsor can utilize a banner, signage, and/or flyers during the event.Sponsor will be recognized in event marketing (newsletter, web, digital signage). Sponsor will also get free entry to the fundraiser for themselves and a guest.
