Please note if you are a returning member and you choose to not purchase a membership for this season, you must pay a deferment fee of $200.00 or you will lose your membership 2025 Initiation Fee: $4,500.00 2025 annual dues: Single:$715.00 2 Person: $935.00 Family: $1,155.00 Empty Nester: $715.00 Senior: $450.00

HHCA Annual Dues

This is not for a pool membership, it is only for Hampden Heights Community Association. If you are a pool member this is covered in your annual pool dues. Please use the HHCA Join button on the top of the page to pay annual HHCA dues.
